Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

-  All of our shipping ​and handling fees are based upon the weight of each individual order.

- Orders are shipped on our business days Monday - Friday.

- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to get your order ready for shipment!

- For faster delivery options, Please upgrade your shipping method

- Please allow 12-24 hours for receiving your tracking number after we have shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- All international orders may take up to around 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on which country product is being shipped to. 

- Shipping and handling fees are also based upon the weight of each individual package along with a customs fee 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

- We typically do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at Chimmyqskincare@gmail.com.

- If an order comes damaged, please immediately email us with your orders tracking number, along with clear photos of the incident.

-We do not accept returns at this current time. Please email us for any questions. 

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued to the buyer under the following circumstances :

- Broken/ damaged item

- Item not being received after 30 days

- Lost package

- Item not yet being shipped after 5 days

We do not accept canceled orders unless they have not been shipped within the first 5 days of purchase.
